How do you make nice black and white pictures like a photoshoot what photoshope can i use?? Please help thanks?

It's about getting the lighting right first in camera - Photoshop is only used to tweak images. You can do a B&W conversion in most software & boosting contrast/brightness can help give it a little 'punch'.
