I think my fish are very sick?

i need to know if my fish have a fungus or not i have a 29 gallon tank and i had one of my tetra fish die then 2 more then a molly then an 8 inch eel and now my tank has 1 tetra 1 fancy goldfish and 2 Molly's all in 3 days my gold fish has on his scales has like white fungus on it and on the mollys so i got fungus tablets 3 days ago and now the water is green and on the fish is about the same and on the walls there is all most like a small green fur of some what oh yea and i took the carbon out of the filter but the fish are not so well and it all most looks like the water is greener what should i do??????
