If you can help and not judge would be much appreciated?

Theres this guy and ive known him four for years became friends with him this year and now started likeing him a couple of weeks ago. I have another friend who ive known for 7 years and ive just became even closer friends with her this year to. were now a trio of friends. ive never told the girl i liked this kid because i didnt want to be judged and i thought that she mightve had a crush on him also. I have a cousin jack, who has a crush on my girl friend the one who might like the kid i like so i tried to get them together but she doesn like jack. the guy i like was all really touchy feely with this girl because she was being pretend mad at him while i was just there watching and my heart pretty much breaking but i did what any good friend would do i just stayed silent. and kept to myself. thats when it hit me like a pile of bricks that this guy probably had a crush on her all along and i was just to blind to see it. Oh it gets worse when i my guy friend left and and my girl friend were talking and curiosity got the best of me so i asked her if she liked him.(keep in mind this girl has like the biggest hand ever as in she loves hands) and me thinking shell prbably just say no and give me that stupid look said idk... he has nice hands. GAAA!! what the hell does that even mean its a yes or no question. so please answer this for me. what should i do tokmorrow when i see them both. should i just back off cuz tecnically she just called dibs and i would look like a total ***** if i did anything or any other suggestion. thanks
