Moderator ruining my day.?

Hey, can anyone help me! I'm having a bad day now. :(. I am a member of a certain forum and there is a mod who banned me before and kept picking on me so i left and came back and i'm only back and hes trying to tell me what is happening here and their and hes banned me again. Hes making my day feel like crap and i didn't even do anything!
