Illegal Alien Indicted In Deadly Hit & Run will illegal,Mexico pay funeral expenses & medical bills?

Of course the illegal or Mexico will not pay the family a dime.Now if this happened to my family I would sue the govt and state that allowed this useless person to even be here.And given half a chance this illegal will run back to his homeland and will never be seen again.We Americans need to stand up and start taking care of our own self's as the govt wont do it.
