Is starting my new website for shopping juniors clothes a good idea?

I'm thinking about starting my own juniors clothing website. I would sell new clothes, and used clothes, from brands like Hollister, Aeropostale, Abercrombie & Fitch, Roxy, and other brands like that, and everything would be under $10.00. All orders over $20.00 have free shipping. Does this sound like a good idea? Would you consider shopping on my website? Thanks to all answers!
