Affect of Swine flue? Or of the medication?

Hi I had swine flu in november, and took tamiFLU. Since then, I've been battling bad colds every three weeks or so. It's enough that I stay home from school. Could this be the virus was never fully destroyed? Or is it a long lasting side effect of the medication? Thanks.
