Does that terminator 10 acne stuff actually work?

I have blackheads EVERYWHERE and I need something to get rid of them! If you dont suggest terminator 10, what do you suggest, and I'd prefer it be something you buy at walmart. Oh and additionally, what would help shrink my pours? Thanks!
