How do i get out of this situation?I could be expelled.?

I work for the school.Senior.Clean locker rooms and help with girls athletics.Even though i can't be in girls locker room when they are dressing,the girls tease me and try to get me to stay.Recently the cheerleaders flipped their skirts at me and teased me with suggestive words.I like them,we are friends,but i do get turned on.i need this job.i'm not reporting them and they won't say anything.
