How Many Horses With A Byer Speed Figure...?

I think the Beyer Speed figures first came to light in 1992. Other than Giacomo, Sea Hero is the only other horse to win the Derby with a BSF less than 100 leading up to the Derby. and since that time, we have come to rely fairly heavily on those figures.
