What To Do When Attracted To An Employee?

So I'm on a business trip thingy and started to get attracted to him. he's like 12yrs older than me and straight. But still I never thought of him before, But i really got to sort of know him this week, like he talked to me and stuff and I found my self getting infatuated with him. I don't know he just seems like a really cool down to earth guy and that's what I want. But he's you know straight.
