Can anyone help with Deep Freeze and no pword and trying to thaw/remove this horrible program?

Someone put deep freeze on my laptop years ago and now I would like to take it off because well I haven't updated it in 2 years. Any ways, the laptop is a gateway 7320GZ. I can not get in touch with the guy that put it on my laptop and I have goggled, gone on forums, sent emails and so on. The closest I have come is something along the lines of the token number and getting a OTP (one time pword) from the deep freeze site but I can not access my administrative panel which is where i can change things around like the pword and so on I just can not get to it. Please, for the love of all that is in binary, can someone help me?
