Pregnant with weird discharge...help!?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and having a very thick (almost bugar like) discharge. It's almost like skin texture. Is this normal? Friday I had a coloscopy (where they insert the microscope in your to take a biopsy). I had some brown spotting yesterday (which is normal from the biopsy). Should I be worried?
