ESSAY HELP! how do i write a conclusion paragraph? im stumped?

While I am not up to trying the more exotic and strange foods of the Mexican cuisine, I do love the usual fare available in local ethnic restaurants. I gladly indulge in sampling tacos, burritos and fajitas, and I would encourage everyone to do the same and to discover a whole new world of tastes.
