Is it better to have a higher FSB, vs Overall Speed. Or the otherway around.....?

I have an 11x multi and my fsb is 291 for a total of 3200 mhz. Will my computer be faster If I lower the mutiplier to 10x and make the fsb 320 and have 3200mhz total.
